Individual and Group Lessons

• After an initial (paid) trial lesson (if applicable), lessons must be booked in batches of either 6 (half-termly) or 12 (termly) to secure a weekly slot.
• All lessons are paid in advance except a trial lesson which may become the first of a set of 6 or 12.
• Best value is to book 12 lessons for the price of 11.
• Paying in advance guarantees a slot at the same time, same day each week.
• If you miss or cancel a lesson (holiday, illness, exams, work commitments, unforeseen circumstances etc.) you forfeit the lesson. We do not offer to refund or make up the lesson at a later date/time.
• If we miss or cancel a lesson you will be offered a choice of:
  
  1. An alternative slot to make up the lesson, or
  2. The cost of the lesson taken off the next term’s fees
• Once you have a regular ‘slot’ for your lessons, you must give one half term’s notice if you wish not to continue. For example, giving notice at October half term, you pay until the end of that term (December). If you give notice at the end of term (December), you are liable to pay the first half of the next term (until February half term).
• One-off/intermittent lessons are welcomed but do not qualify for the 12 for 11 package.

Choirs

• Everyone is welcome to attend 1 trial session before deciding whether to join. If you do continue, the trial session will become the first paid session.
• All fees are paid termly in advance or from the date of joining for the remainder of that term.
• If you miss or cancel a session (holiday, illness, work, unforeseen circumstances etc.) you forfeit the session. We do not offer a refund or to make up the session at a later date/time.
• If we miss or cancel a session you will be offered a choice of:
  
  1. The cost of the session taken off the next term’s fees, or
  2. A full refund for the session.
• Bring a Friend Offer! Bring along a friend who subsequently signs up for the term and you will receive a 10% discount off your next term’s fees (up to a maximum of 10 friends!).
