Individual Lessons
We offer singing lessons for individuals of all ages, and groups of up to a maximum of 4 per group. You will learn how to sing safely in any genre, securing a solid vocal technique that will protect your vocal chords/folds when singing, especially when in concentrated rehearsal and performance periods for shows, concerts, opera performances and auditions. Your Vocal Health is of utmost importance to us so you will be guided safely through techniques that will give you vocal stamina that will support all of your singing activities. We will encourage you to pursue other performing arts disciplines and our techniques and support will guide you through those opportunities safely. We will nurture your vocal development and support you as an individual as you grow in confidence and ability.
Individual lessons 1-hr minimum
Term lessons (same day/time every week) offer the best value where you will have 12 lessons but only pay for 10.
Group Lessons
Group lessons 1.5hrs minimum
Why not try a group lesson with some friends, especially if you’re a bit shy about starting individual lessons in the first instance. You and up to three friends (4 max. in total) can enjoy all the benefits of individual lessons but with the support of your own friendship group. The time that you will have dedicated to you as an individual will be less than someone having an individual lesson, but you will still learn how to sing safely and have bundles of fun!
Individual Lessons
The Intermediate Show Choir offers our mid-aged pupils the chance to expand and develop their vocal skills beyond those they have already learned as younger singers. Like the Junior Show Choir, they will extend their understanding of teamwork, listening, singing together in harmony, collaboration and singing in different styles whilst securing safe-singing practises. A weekly 75-minute session will extend their vocal technique, discipline when singing together, opportunities to sing in multiple parts and develop their personal and vocal growth. By the end of year 10 they will be ready to progress to the Senior Show Choir. The Intermediate choir will work towards a performance for parents and friends at the end of every term. Some solo opportunities may arise.
